Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in revenue-generation or target-based sales. The role focuses on driving B2C conversions and contributing directly to Yocket's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive direct revenue generation through B2C sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build rapport with students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable solutions.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads from multiple sources.
- Participate in both virtual and in-person events, seminars, and webinars.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory), preferably in revenue-focused or target-driven roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Experience in EdTech sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
