Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking
  • Meet potential clients and present company products/services effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and share daily sales reports and meeting updates
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to travel for client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
