Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include promoting travel and hospitality services, responding to client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with team members to develop strategic business plans. The position also involves analyzing market trends and providing insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including negotiation, client acquisition, and revenue generation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, with expertise in travel packages and B2B services
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or the travel industry is an advantage
