Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via ads and partnerships.
  • Understand client goals, health concerns, and budget before pitching.
  • Clearly explain Niwi plans (Standard, Select, Luxe) and guide the right fit.
  • Handle objections confidently and close conversions.
  • Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM / Google Sheets.
  • Follow WhatsApp and call SOPs strictly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and dietitian teams for feedback.
  • Any other ancillary requirements that may be conveyed from time to time.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic with a diligent, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of CRM tools, sales reporting, and customer follow-ups.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
