Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: upto 3 LPA

Experience: 0 to 1 year (preferably Fresher MBA Marketing or any person with good communication)

Client Industry: Printed & Laminated Flexible Packaging (Rolls & Pouches)

About the Company

Manufacturer of all types of printed and laminated flexible packaging materials, including rolls and pouches, serving various industries such as FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and visiting potential clients in assigned territories
• Promote and sell flexible packaging products such as printed/laminated rolls and pouches
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Conduct regular field visits, follow-ups, and product presentations
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production team for feasibility
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
• Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with accounts when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in field sales (preferably in packaging / printing / flexible packaging industry)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical product details
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Education & Experience

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 0 to 1 year in field sales (Flexible Packaging experience is an advantage)

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: 25,000 per month
