Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive based in Aligarh, UP. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions while representing the company's product portfolio.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with the door and window hardware industry or a related field is an advantage
Basic understanding of market analysis and customer needs assessment
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team, to achieve business objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer software
Responsibilities
Visit wholesalers and retail hardware shops in the assigned region
Generate orders and push repeat sales
Follow up on short credit payments (1530 days)
Ensure payment realization against all orders
Handle client visits within Aligarh on non-travel days
Share daily updates on visits, orders, and payments
Travel and Expense Policy
Outstation travel will be covered via train or roadways bus (sleeper or standard category).
Daily allowance for food and stay is 800 per day. Within Aligarh, travel allowance will be 3 per km.
NOTE: No vehicle will be provided by the company.
Commission Structure
Commission is fixed percentage on all orders.
Commission is calculated only on realized payments, not booked orders.
Commission payout will be done every 6 months.
Performance-based slabs will be discussed during the interview.
