Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in South Delhi. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients for gifting solutions. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their gifting needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting suitable product options. The role involves negotiating terms, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, customization, and timely delivery. The Sales Executive will also maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on feedback, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in client meetings, events, or exhibitions will be required to grow the client base and strengthen Nexora's market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confident negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management experience, with a focus on retention, upselling, and client satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Ability to understand product features, customization options, and pricing to create tailored proposals for corporate clients.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-up skills to handle multiple accounts and orders simultaneously.
- Prior experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Willingness to work on-site in South Delhi and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
