The company offers a full range of travel products and services online, over the phone, and through retail outlets, with a strong emphasis on genuine advice and real value rather than sales talk. Leveraging years of industry experience, energy, and enthusiasm, the team delivers high-quality travel services and particularly competitive fares. Goin My Way Travels is known for its passion for travel, strong customer experience, and commitment to supporting travelers at every step, from trip planning and package selection to on-the-ground local expertise.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Pre-Sales Executive will engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their travel needs, present suitable travel packages, and explain pricing, features, and benefits. The role involves qualifying leads, maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM, and coordinating closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth booking processes. The Pre-Sales Executive will prepare quotations and proposals, handle initial queries about destinations, itineraries, and travel options, and support marketing campaigns by following up on inquiries generated through various channels. Daily responsibilities also include tracking conversion rates, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve pre-sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
  • Sales and customer service orientation, including experience in lead qualification, follow-up, and basic negotiation to support conversion from inquiry to booking.
  • Basic understanding of travel products such as flights, hotels, tour packages, and sightseeing options, with an interest in staying updated on travel trends and destinations.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM or booking tools, email, and office productivity software to manage leads, records, and daily tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude, with attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, accurate information to travelers.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing or sales support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
