Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, highly confident, and well-connected B2B Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the crucial bridge between Lane 24 and
the design community. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your existing
network of architects and interior designers, understand their technical and aesthetic
requirements, and pitch our B2B solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Relationship Management: Actively pitch to, network with, and
maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design
consultants.
Requirement Gathering: Visit designer offices or project sites to take detailed
design/technical requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide
tailored solutions.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify upcoming
residential/commercial projects and pitch Lane 24's portfolio to secure
specifications in their designs.
End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle—like initial cold
calling/meetings and product presentations.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with current interior design trends, competitor
offerings, and upcoming industry exhibitions.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience & Education:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales /
Institutional Sales.
Industry Background: Prior experience in building materials, luxury furniture,
lighting, automation, surfaces, or any allied interior design/architecture product
industry is highly preferred.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a
related field.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes:
Existing Network: A warm, ready-to-tap network or contact list of architects
and interior designers is a major advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a
highly polished and confident presentation style.
Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and face-
to-face client meetings.
