Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically savvy Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts across fleet operators, logistics firms, transportation companies, and private enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies and a strong ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for clients in the mobility, logistics, and automotive sectors. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for fleet operators, logistics companies, and private enterprises using AI-powered mobility and safety solutions.

• Identify and connect with key decision-makers including Operations Heads, Fleet Managers, Safety Officers, and Innovation Teams.

• Generate leads through strategic outreach, partnerships, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events and trade shows.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to customize solutions based on client use cases such as driver behavior analytics, route optimization, and vehicle safety.

• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to showcase the business impact of NAYAN's computer vision technology.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in fleet management, transport, and mobility technologies.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and client interactions through CRM systems and internal tools.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fleet management, automotive technology, IoT, or AI-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated success in closing deals with mid-to-large enterprises, particularly in the logistics, mobility, or transportation sectors.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
