Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and technically savvy Sales Executive to lead our B2B and B2G (Business-to-Government) business development efforts. The role involves engaging with fleet operators, logistics firms, transportation companies, private enterprises, and government bodies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies and a strong ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value across the mobility, logistics, automotive, and public sector domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across B2B and B2G segments, focusing on AI-powered mobility and safety solutions.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers including enterprise stakeholders (operations heads, fleet managers, safety officers) and government officials, departments, and agencies.
  • Drive lead generation through strategic outreach, partnerships, referrals, and participation in industry events, expos, and government tenders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including government RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to customize solutions aligned with use cases such as driver behavior analytics, route optimization, traffic monitoring, and vehicle safety.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and societal impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and public sector stakeholders to support long-term projects and deployments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in mobility and smart city ecosystems.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and client engagement records using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2G sales (fleet management, automotive tech, IoT, AI, or smart cities preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprises and government clients
  • Strong understanding of government sales processes (tenders, RFPs, compliance)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and time management abilities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
