Revivo aims to build a 1,000+ store network across India, organizing and professionalizing the fragmented laundry industry through predictable and scalable franchise economics.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Executive will drive new business acquisition, with a focus on onboarding franchise partners, enterprise clients, and high-value retail customers. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role involves meeting potential partners and customers in person, delivering compelling presentations and demos, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely contract closures. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align local sales initiatives with brand strategy, gather market intelligence, and support franchise partners in achieving revenue and profitability targets. The role also includes tracking key sales metrics, preparing performance reports, and representing Revivo at local events, meetings, and partner engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C or franchise sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in consumer services, retail, or franchise-led businesses.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and business owners.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics and basic financial concepts relevant to franchise and retail models (e.g., payback period, ROI, margins).
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales analytics to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site and in the field in Gurgaon and nearby areas, including regular in-person meetings and local travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales certifications or training are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in hyperlocal, on-demand, or network/franchise expansion roles is
