Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients and business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting product information to prospective clients, managing sales pipelines, negotiating deals, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support. The role will contribute significantly to expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
  • Strong understanding of industrial coatings, paints, primers, or chemical/industrial products (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and maintain an updated customer database
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial coatings industry or a similar field is highly advantageous
