Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive Plyneer Industries sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting themvia calls, emails, and virtual presentations into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement:
    Reach out to prospects (architects, dealers, designers, B2B clients) via phone and email, understanding their project requirements and presenting relevant Plyneer solutions. Product Presentations:
    Clearly communicate the benefits of Plyneer products such as waterproof plywood, fire-retardant Plyneer Club, eco-friendly MDF, durable blockboards, and more highlighting USPs like ISI certifications, termite resistance, and lifetime warranties.
  • Quotation & Order Handling:
    Prepare and send accurate quotes, follow up diligently, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery within the stipulated 2448 hour timeframe.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and dealers, act as their first point of contact, and provide product guidance ensuring customer delight in line with Plyneer's brand promise.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated about Plyneer's growing product catalogue from MR, BWR, and BWP ply variants to HDiHMR and laminates and emerging trends like fire-retardant plywood and sustainable materials.
  • Sales Metrics & Reporting:
    Track call logs, lead conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, opportunities, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 13 years in inside sales preferably in building materials, wood products, interiors, or related sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong persuasive skills; ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with wood-based products or a quick learner about plywood laminates, MDF, etc.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools.
  • Personality: Results-driven, self-motivated, with a customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

13 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (B2B/B2C).

Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, MDF, or interior products preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may be considered.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Ability to convert inquiries into orders through persuasive selling.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms.

Quick learner with the ability to understand technical product features (plywood grades, laminates, etc.).

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
