Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: sector 5 , Gurugram ,Haryana.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Experience - minimum 2-3 years in financial or Banking products

Salary: 3-4 LPA.(based on experience)

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable banking/financial products
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Completed)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in telesales (Finance/Banking preferred)
  • (Candidates with 23 months telesales experience can be considered for junior roles)

Required Skills

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
  • Strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Target-driven and self-motivate.
