Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional for the role of Sales Executive. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Noida office. A Sales Executive at Motivate Box will engage with customers, generate leads, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, conducting product presentations, and analyzing sales performance metrics. The role also requires collaboration with other teams to meet sales goals and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients and convey information persuasively
  • Time management and organizational skills for managing schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups effectively
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and market research tools to analyze sales metrics and trends
  • Resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in online retail/e-commerce would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
