Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive based in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing sales processes, and developing long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include presenting the company's services, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions for interior design and related services.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of interior design, architecture, or construction-related industries, with an ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of services.
- Proficiency in time management and ability to meet sales targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Motivation to work in an on-site role in Rajkot, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in handling CRM systems and basic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
