About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in modular furniture and interior project sales. The role involves driving business growth, managing dealer and architect networks, and handling end-to-end B2B and project sales for high-quality modular furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and corporate clients
- Generate new business for modular office furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, workstations, and custom interiors
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → presentations → order closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with factory, design, and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and customer records
- Track market trends, competitors, and client requirements
- Ensure strong after-sales coordination and customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Business / Marketing / Interior Design preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in modular furniture, office furniture, interior fit-outs, or manufacturing sales
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture systems and factory production processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in B2B, institutional, and project sales
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
