Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets by identifying and engaging with potential clients, providing property consultations, and developing client relationships. The role includes conducting property viewings, preparing sales reports, negotiating deals, and staying updated on real estate market trends. Collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws, and local market insights
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or similar roles is an advantage
  • Fluency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Bhubaneswar region
