Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role at our Bhubaneswar location. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our software solutions, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, providing product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Capability to analyze market trends and develop strategic pitches
  • Customer Relationship Management and Account Management experience
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with the tech or software industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
