Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. You should have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, calling existing / old clients and follow up with client meetings
- Present, promote, and sell products / services using requirement-based sales to be existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales and other department team members
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of at least 5 to 6 years as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in an ultra-high end jewellery / luxury goods retail sales
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
2. Candidates from Jewellery / luxury goods background will be preferred
3. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)
