Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive (FMCG / HoReCa) to join our Mumbai Team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B & B2C FMCG sales, preferably within the spices, condiments, or grocery segment, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across FMCG and HoReCa segments, focusing on spices and related product categories.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key HoReCa clients.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and collect insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment, payment collections, and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives in assigned territories.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
  • Represent the brand professionally during client interactions, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG and HoReCa sales, preferably in spices, condiments, or food ingredients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client networks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be open to travel within the region.
