Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's home loan and financial products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, generating leads, preparing loan proposals, and coordinating with financial institutions for loan processing. The Sales Executive will also contribute to meeting sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and persuasion skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain loan solutions effectively
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of financial services, home loan products, and the real estate market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and understanding of financial software is a plus
  • Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or real estate industry is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
