Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Greenfields Faridabad. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and offering training and support to clients. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, conducting sales consultations, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining organized records of sales and client interactions.

• Experience in providing Training and Support
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in photography industry is a plus
