Primary title: Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales activities to acquire new learners and enterprise accountsprospect, qualify, present, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Manage and grow an active sales pipeline using CRM; log activities, update opportunity stages, and forecast accurately.
- Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, email, WhatsApp) and inbound lead follow-up to convert enquiries into enrollments or contracts.
- Deliver product demos and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs; negotiate pricing and terms to close while protecting margin.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute local outreach campaigns, campus drives, and employer engagement events.
- Maintain post-sale relationships for renewals, upsell opportunities, and referral generation to maximize lifetime value.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in field or inside sales with consistent target achievement (preferred experience in education/edtech, training, or services sales).
- Comfortable working on-site and conducting regular field/customer visits across assigned territories in India.
- Strong commercial aptitudeexperience preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
