Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Thane. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and B2B customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable luggage and travel products to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves maintaining product displays, gathering market and competitor insights, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales data and customer feedback. Qualifications

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, preferably in retail, FMCG, luggage, or consumer goods.
  • Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills to engage diverse customers and partners.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for maintaining sales records, reports, and follow-up trackers.
  • Ability to understand product features, compare product lines, and clearly present value propositions to customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
  • Prior experience in field sales, store sales, or distribution management is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school/graduate-level education; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or peak seasons, as per business requirements.
