Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join the MIHS team. The role involves generating exhibitor sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting participation in one of India's leading houseware exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential exhibitors (houseware, kitchenware, appliances, lifestyle brands)
- Make outbound calls, emails, and client meetings to generate leads
- Present MIHS exhibition concept and convert prospects into confirmed participants
- Maintain and update client database and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and overall sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of exhibitors
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / telecalling / exhibition sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email communication
- Ability to handle corporate clients professionally
