Primary job title (standardized): Travel Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new business and grow revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing B2B and B2C travel accounts across assigned territories.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prepare quotes, negotiate fares and services, close deals, and ensure timely ticket issuance.
- Build and manage accurate PNRs, perform fare construction and ticketing using GDS platforms to meet customer requirements and fare rules.
- Maintain CRM records, update sales pipeline, and produce regular sales reports to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to confirm itineraries, manage changes/reissues/refunds, and ensure high service quality.
- Respond to corporate RFPs and proposals, upsell ancillaries and value-added travel services to maximize yield.
