We operate in the Travel & Hospitality sector, delivering corporate and leisure travel solutions across India. This on-site role sits at the intersection of travel sales, ticketing operations, and customer success—ideal for high-performing sales professionals who can convert leads into repeat business while managing end-to-end bookings.

Primary job title (standardized): Travel Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and grow revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing B2B and B2C travel accounts across assigned territories.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prepare quotes, negotiate fares and services, close deals, and ensure timely ticket issuance.
  • Build and manage accurate PNRs, perform fare construction and ticketing using GDS platforms to meet customer requirements and fare rules.
  • Maintain CRM records, update sales pipeline, and produce regular sales reports to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to confirm itineraries, manage changes/reissues/refunds, and ensure high service quality.
  • Respond to corporate RFPs and proposals, upsell ancillaries and value-added travel services to maximize yield.
