US Travel Sales Executive
We are hiring experienced US Travel Sales professionals to handle international travel enquiries and provide end-to-end sales support for US customers. Candidates must be comfortable with evening/night shifts and should have strong experience in handling PPC calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound PPC calls for US-based customers
Provide complete travel solutions including itinerary planning and fare guidance
Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell travel products when applicable
Maintain call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Manage booking requests, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
Requirements
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM (Flexible Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days (1 Rotational Off + 1 Fixed Off)
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In US Travel Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in evening/night shift (5 PM 2 AM)
Experience In PPC-based Travel Calling Preferred
Immediate joiners will be given priority
