Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Manipal Hospitals Jayanagar located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive patient footfall through referral networks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide timely market feedback and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

Experience in hospital/healthcare sales or related medical field.

Strong network of healthcare professionals and referral sources.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree (preferred in science, pharma, or business-related fields)
