We specialize in high-quality, trend-driven knitted garments and proudly serve 50+ brands and 1,800+ organizations across India. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and timely delivery, we are expanding our sales operations and looking for confident and energetic tele sales executives to join our Pune team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls via IndiaMART, JustDial, and other lead platforms no field travel required.
- Understand customer requirements and confidently communicate Tirupur Hub's product range and manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into active clients (brands, corporates & distributors).
- Build rapport with clients and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
- Assist senior sales team in managing accounts, sending quotations, and coordinating order details.
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Work closely with internal teams (production & logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers and anyone returning to the workforce are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be confident, clear-speaking, and comfortable talking to new people over the phone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good listening skills and a willingness to learn about garment manufacturing.
