Tirupur Hub Pvt Ltd is a leading garment manufacturer with a production unit in Tirupur and a sales office in Pune. We specialize in high-quality, trend-driven knitted garments and proudly serve 50+ brands and 1,800+ organizations across India. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and timely delivery, we are expanding our sales operations and looking for confident and energetic tele sales executives to join our Pune team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound sales calls via IndiaMART, JustDial, and other lead platforms no field travel required.
  2. Understand customer requirements and confidently communicate Tirupur Hub's product range and manufacturing capabilities.
  3. Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into active clients (brands, corporates & distributors).
  4. Build rapport with clients and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
  5. Assist senior sales team in managing accounts, sending quotations, and coordinating order details.
  6. Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel sheets.
  7. Work closely with internal teams (production & logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Freshers and anyone returning to the workforce are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be confident, clear-speaking, and comfortable talking to new people over the phone.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Good listening skills and a willingness to learn about garment manufacturing.
