Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and effectively promoting company products. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to enhance our offerings. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and expand client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge in Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Effective in Time Management and Goal-Oriented approaches
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setup
  • Prior experience in the crafting or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about industry-specific products
