Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in the Pune Division. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to meet the institute's sales goals. The individual will actively promote the institute's training programs, manage inquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication. Collaboration with team members to implement sales strategies will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales techniques to meet targets effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships
  • Customer Service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive interactions
  • Familiarity with handling CRM software and basic knowledge of digital marketing would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
