Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive role, based in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing potential clients, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, and promoting the studio's services. The role involves engaging with clients, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the creative team to understand client needs and communicate feedback effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with clients and team members.
• Sales and marketing acumen, including knowledge of customer acquisition, lead generation, and managing sales strategies.
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with excellent customer service skills.
• Basic understanding or interest in tattoos, art, and body art trends to connect with clients and align with the studio's vision (prior experience in related fields is a plus).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or related sales technologies is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
