About Linen Leaf -
Linen Leaf is a premium home brand crafting breathable, natural linen bedding
and soft furnishings. We work closely with homeowners, architects, designers,
and corporate clients to deliver thoughtful, long-lasting products.
Role Overview -
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads,
speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries
into orders. The customer profile will be architects, interior designers, retailers and store owners.
Key Responsibilities -
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Explain Linen Leaf's products, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly
Generate, call and follow up on leads
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfilment
Build long-term relationships with clients
Skills & Qualifications -
Good spoken and written English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
Clear and confident communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools)
Organised, disciplined, and target-oriented
Willingness to make calls and connect with clients
Willingness to learn about premium products and customer service
Experience & Eligibility -
13 years in sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or customer support
preferred
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
Experience in home, lifestyle, luxury, or B2B sales is an advantage (not
mandatory)
