Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and providing product demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with the team to strategize sales initiatives. The role requires effective communication with clients and presentation of tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions
• Analytical skills for market research and customer needs assessment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Relevant experience in biomedical, laboratory, or diagnostic product sales is a plus
• Willingness to frequently travel locally within the Bharatpur region
