Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, pitching real estate projects, and closing deals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, maintaining a database of leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue goals through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals and meeting targets
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, including lead generation and client onboarding
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
