Convert the leads into paying clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Promote and explain our services including GST registration, Income Tax filing, Company Incorporation, Loans, Insurance, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare progress reports.
Maintain client information in CRM and ensure timely updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Accounts Teams for smooth client onboarding.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and local networking activities.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
14 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Taxation, Business Registration, or Financial Products is an added advantage.
Familiar with CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM, Teleforce etc).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email drafting).
Experience in selling financial or compliance-related services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
