Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing relationships, and guiding them through the visa application process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, advising clients on the appropriate visa solutions, achieving sales targets, maintaining client records, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to provide a client-focused experience.
  • Basic understanding of the visa application process; prior experience in the visa or travel industry will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
