Job Description:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Officers to drive sales through outbound calling and customer engagement. The role involves promoting banking products, acquiring new customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Promote and sell banking products and services
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Freshers are not eligible)
• No employment gap of more than 6 months
• Basic to average communication skills in English (able to read and give self-introduction confidently)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 3,10,000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)
• Monthly Incentives: Up to 24,000
• Candidates with minimum 3 years of sales experience and basic English communication can earn up to 4,00,000 CTC
• 8 weekly offs per month (4 Sundays & 4 Saturdays)
• Fixed Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
