Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibilities involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, achieving assigned sales targets, and staying informed about market trends and industry developments. The Sales Executive will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with industrial machinery or engineering products, particularly bearings, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of previous experience in sales, particularly in industrial solutions, is highly preferred
