Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai at the Bharat Diamond Bourse. The Sales Executive will proactively identify and develop client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive sales within the wholesale diamond market. Responsibilities include presenting product offerings, understanding customer requirements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about market trends and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of diamond grading, wholesale market dynamics, and B2B sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clientele
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills to address customer needs
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with industry-related software is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience (5+ years) in the diamond or jewelry industry is highly desirable
