Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting company services, and understanding customer requirements. Daily tasks will include maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also involves market analysis and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships and presentations.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the construction or appliance industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in market research, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
