Role Overview:

Kactto is hiring target-driven Sales Executives responsible for direct sales and
revenue growth. This role is performance-oriented, with mandatory sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities (Mandatory):
  • Complete 1 personal sale within 3 days of joining (mandatory)
  • Achieving the target of 2 sales within a month is compulsory.
  • Promote and sell Kactto products, with primary focus on cosmetics
  • Ensure achievement of assigned individual sales targets.

2. Coordination & Reporting:

  • Share regular sales reports with reporting managers
  • Ensure professional conduct and brand representation.


3. Marketing & Promotion Support:

  • Support digital and direct marketing initiative
  • s Promote products through social media, referrals, and direct outreac
  • h Share market and customer feedback with managemen
