Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's client base. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales goals. Additional tasks involve preparing sales presentations, participating in contract negotiations, and collaborating closely with the marketing and production teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of industrial machines, mechanical components, or manufacturing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients
  • Ability to analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and implement strategic sales plans
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency ic computer applications is an advantage
  • Previous experience in in CRM software and basindustrial sales or manufacturing sector will be considered an asset
