Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The selected candidate will identify and engage potential clients, present Jiffy's solutions to meet their logistics needs, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Primary responsibilities include creating sales strategies, generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the Sales Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimized customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate confidently with clients.
  • Experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple clients and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales environment.
