Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting the company's seafood products to meet sales objectives. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, implementing sales strategies, liaising with the procurement and processing units, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires active participation in market analysis, customer outreach, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, market analysis, and experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of seafood industry trends, quality standards, and product specifications.
  • Experience in working with international clients and understanding global trading requirements is an advantage.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and generate sales reports.
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
