Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated software sales executive with a passion for technology and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling SaaS solutions, system integration services, and existing software products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demos to showcase product capabilities.

Sales Pitch Development: Create compelling presentations and sales pitches.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Proposal Creation: Draft and present proposals tailored to customer needs.

Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations.

Closing Sales: Successfully convert leads into long-term clients.

Account Management: Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solutions sales.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

Experience in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
