Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth from Jaipur and surrounding Rajasthan markets across corporate bookings, room nights, MICE, weddings, leisure stays, and social events. The role requires proactive outreach, strong follow-up, and excellent coordination with internal teams to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities from corporates, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, and leisure partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and networking meetings across Jaipur.
Support the sales team in driving room bookings, events, and group business.
Build a strong pipeline for corporate offsites, weddings, social events, and leisure stays.

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local corporate clients, agencies, and travel partners.
Ensure regular follow-up on inquiries, proposals, and pending leads.
Coordinate client requirements with reservations, events, and operations teams.
Assist in account servicing to ensure repeat business.

Sales Coordination & Reporting
Prepare proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-up trackers, and CRM records.
Share daily/weekly sales activity reports with the reporting manager.
Track competitor activity and market trends in Jaipur.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, events, weddings, travel, or luxury lifestyle services.
Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur and Rajasthan.
Good network among corporates, travel agents, and event planners is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline.
Comfortable with frequent local travel and client meetings.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in luxury hotels, resorts, banquet sales, or destination wedding sales.
Exposure to MICE and social event sales.
Existing local contacts in Jaipur corporate and wedding ecosystem.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

2-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, events, weddings, travel, or luxury lifestyle services
