We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with freelancing platforms, and the ability to generate and close leads through both outbound and inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms
- Handle bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Connect with potential clients, build relationships, and schedule meetings
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Explore new markets and implement strategies to increase sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Web, and Mobile development services
Good to Have
- Experience in international client handling
- Familiarity with proposal drafting and sales documentation
- Understanding of digital marketing or IT services ecosystem
Education
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
